Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October, 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and cook instructor. She is part-Italian. Cook first made an appearance in an announcement of public service for foster care at the age of seven of age. She then began working as a child print model when she was 10, including nationwide advertisements for Target and appearing on the boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
